Steve Agyei Is one of the world’s most versatile Creative Directors combining his extensive knowledge of sport, dance, fashion, TV, music, fitness and yoga in a career spanning over 25 years. A qualified UEFA ‘B’ soccer coach he choreographed the critically acclaimed Nike ‘Freestyler’ films directed by Jake Nava and regularly choreographs for Adidas and Umbro on kit launches and global conferences. At the Champion’s league Final in Milan he staged the La Scala Operatic Choir and choreographed the children of AC and Inter Milan. He has choreographed football routines with the Feyernoyd Kids for the U.E.F.A Cup final in Rotterdam, Gloucestershire kids for the F.A’s Community Shield at the Millennium and Manchester kids for the Champion’s League Final at Old Trafford.

He staged the Pepsi launch in Madrid working with Beyonce, David Beckham and J-Lo and is very proud to have had the pleasure of working professionally with 3 of his Childhood heroes’, Muhammad Ali, Pele and Daley Thompson

Since 2000 Steve has worked extensively in International and Domestic Cricket for the ECB and ICC providing the entertainment element for the hugely successful Twenty20 cricket format from its launch in 2002 through to the 2009 Twenty20 ‘Western themed’ Cup final at Edgbaston The 2008 Final was nominated for ‘Sports Event of the Year’. He led the organization and co-ordination of the 2005 open top bus Ashes Victory Parade through London and Trafalgar Square with the England Team.

2009 has been the most successful year yet for Beyond and cricket, the Ashes Opening Ceremony at Cardiff was widely regarded by the international boards as the best ever cricket opening ceremony and the Ashes Victory Ceremony at the Oval was a spectacular success, providing global iconic media images of Andrew Flintoff’s Final Test.

Recent work includes Choreographing a live version of the GAP Xmas Commercial in Oxford Street to a commissioned piece of music by Pharell Williams and flying to New York on a monthly basis to work on Artistic Development with Tommy Mottola’s new protégé (launch details to follow).

Steve has recently returned from Barbados, where he shot his first documentary based upon Rum and it’s historical links to the Bajan way of life for Fox TV.

Dave Keighley’s career started in the late 1970s working in the fledgling live music business as it was then, as a Lighting Technician, Lighting Designer, Stage Manager, Tour Manager, Production Manager and finally Company Director. Dave was Managing Director of PRG Europe, one of the largest full service lighting rental companies in the Live Event Industry for the last 10 years. Prior to PRG Europe, Dave was Managing Director of the lighting rental company Light & Sound Design (LSD). His clients for PRG Europe included:

The Rolling Stones, U2, Tina Turner, Coldplay, Oasis, Bryan Adams, Take That, Madonna, Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, Il Divo, Spice Girls, Bon Jovi, Live 8 Live Earth, Nelson Mandela’s 90th Birthday.

He joined Beyond as Technical Director for the hugely successful ECB Summer of Cricket 2009, working notably on the acclaimed Ashes Opening and Closing Ceremonies at Cardiff and The Oval respectively.

With well over 20 years experience within the Production and Operational side of the Entertainment Industry, Corrado Cecere has lived and breathed “Live Events” for longer than he can remember. From being part of legendary events of the mid-eighties, such as the Pink Floyd Concert in Venice or the worldwide debut of the U2 Zooropa Tour, he went on to spend much of the nineties and early “noughties” touring the world as the man of choice looking after the Stage Sets of artists such as Diana Ross, Rod Stewart, Phil Collins, Prince, to name just a few, gaining a reputation for the calm but effective manner he knocked local crews into shape.

Since the late nineties Corrado has worked on many Major Sports Events taking care of the On Field Operational side of some of the most challenging projects, such as the spectacular Reveal of the Giant St George’s Cross at Twickenham which covered the whole of the Pitch for the RFU, or the unravelling of the Pitch-Sized Team Scarves in Rotterdam for the UEFA Cup Final.

From 2001 Corrado has worked with Beyond on all major International and Domestic Cricket competitions for the ECB. Supervising the On-Pitch logistics for every televised Post Match Presentation, and for memorable key-events such as the Ashes 2005 Victory Celebrations, all of the domestic Twenty20 Final Days to date, including the now iconic “Mascot Derby”, and the Opening of the Ashes 2009 in Cardiff.

During the years Corrado has managed to build a cooperative and positive rapport of mutual respect with Groundsman, Site-Managers and Health & Safety Officers up and down the country whilst leading in to action his team of reliable, efficient and well-presented Crew.
